Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if a card arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  2. Include photos of the damaged or defective card.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Cards that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • We strive to ensure every card arrives in perfect condition and carefully package each order to minimize risk.
